Service Description

This process is used to manage and organize public participation affairs and provide services to respected donors to follow up on the implementation process of public and participatory projects. In this process, first the charity information is registered and then the information related to the agreements and commitments of the charity is stored. The charity code and the relevant agreement code are used to register participatory and public projects as well as monitor and manage them. In this way, it is possible to obtain the extent to which the agreements made have been fulfilled and plan for their improvement. It is also possible to view and follow up on the implementation process of projects by the charity.

The cash method can be done in person by visiting the General Office or the Provincial Benefactors’ Association, or indirectly by using the online payment system embedded on the website of this General Office. The non-cash method can be done by building a school – providing land or a building to the Renovation Office – donating equipment, etc.
