Introduction to the Executive Deputy Office
- Head Supervision Area (1): Head Supervision Area One includes Zanjan County, Mahneshan County, and Tarom County. With seven civil engineers, one mechanical engineer, and one electrical engineer, this unit is responsible for supervising execution of projects within its jurisdiction. Considering the large number and dispersion of construction projects, engineers serving in supervisory positions endure demanding workloads, such that they must visit their supervised projects three days per week. The average number of projects per supervisor is 12 projects with a specified square meter infrastructure, to which major school repairs are added during the summer season. Continuous supervision, preparation of meeting minutes, and review of contractors’ interim statements, given their high volume, is difficult work borne by the dedicated engineers of this section.
- Head Supervision Area (2): Head Supervision Area Two includes Abhar County, Khorramdareh County, Khodabandeh County, and Ijrud County. Seven civil engineers, one mechanical engineer, and one electrical engineer are responsible for supervision and quality control of their projects. The average number of projects under supervision of each supervisor in this area is 13 projects with a specified square meter infrastructure, and major school repairs are also added during the summer season.
- Contracts and Review Unit: In this unit, three civil engineers and one accountant are responsible for reviewing contractors’ interim and final statements. Preparation of project meeting minutes, holding technical committee sessions, and following up and implementing their approvals are also duties of this unit.
