In each period, with regard to the educational system policy, the education development document, and the organization’s policies, all design and evaluation activities are specified (school building criteria, publications 697 and 734) based on the organization’s 5-year development plans and targeted plans, and all activities that require planning (architecture, structure, facilities, and GIS) are carried out in connection with the relevant projects.
