1- After the contractor completes the identity card forms for public schools at the time of temporary delivery of the project, who should approve them? The project supervisor and the education service officer of the region where the school is built must approve and sign the identity card forms.
2- What should be done to issue a new space code for non-government schools? In the required forms section on this page, receive the identity card forms and after completing these forms, along with school maps, a photo of the school’s facade, the school’s postal code, and the school building’s ownership or lease document, refer to the school identity card officer for issuing a space code. You can also request the issuance of a space code by uploading the required documents to the electronic service desk system of this general office. Then, you can receive your school’s space code through this system using the tracking code you received when registering the application.
3- After the contractor standardizes the school heating system at the time of temporary delivery, what should the contractor do? The school must submit its request for standardization to the Technical Identification Card Officer or submit it through the electronic service desk system, and after registering the school’s heating system in the School Identification Card System, the temporary delivery of the school will be approved.
