In order to achieve paragraph 14 of the operational objectives (Chapter 7) of the Fundamental Transformation of Education and Training Document (creating and adapting educational spaces to the characteristics and needs of students and the requirements of Islamic-Iranian culture and climatic, cultural and geographical conditions), the organization of existing spaces and planning for the construction of new spaces are being carried out. To achieve the organization and planning of space, various information is needed, including demographic information, student information, physical classrooms, climate and other spatial information, as well as the required provincial credits and spent credits. The required data is provided from the space technical identity card database, which contains details of existing educational, educational and sports spaces, as well as the project management system, and these databases are updated by defined mechanisms.
