Methods of Participating in the Sacred Mission of School Building
1. Construction and Development of Educational Spaces

2. Financial Contributions
- Cash donations: Any amount can be deposited into the agency’s public contributions account or provincial school renovation accounts for school construction, with the payment receipt provided.

Steps for Constructing Educational and Nurturing Spaces
- Written declaration of intent by the benefactor to construct the desired educational facilities
- Ministry of Education assessment of local need and site selection through provincial school renovation offices
- Signing a contract between the benefactor and relevant organizations
- Preparation of executive plans (architecture, structure, electrical, and mechanical) by the school renovation organization
- Groundbreaking ceremony with the benefactor or their representative
- Construction under technical supervision of engineers from the organization or provincial offices
- Naming of schools or facilities according to benefactors’ wishes
- Delivery and inauguration of completed schools with the presence of the benefactor or their representative

Participation Options
Benefactors can contribute even with minimal amounts
- Direct payment: Benefactor covers full cost and selects contractor; the organization provides technical supervision
- Indirect payment: Donated amount is transferred to the public contributions account; the organization co-manages construction and delivery
- Stage-wise payment: Costs are divided into stages; funds are released according to physical progress certified by the organization
